What are the best line to say as an emcee?

I'll be the emcee for our coming promotional program. This will be my first experience. What should be my introduction? Our theme is "My Education my Contribution to the Future". And what will I say to connect this to the next part which is a doxology, then tribute to the flag, then words of welcome,then intermission, then introduction of guest speaker, then awarding.....
