I want to be a real life, walking talking, Anthro.?

well, I have had this dream since childhood (i cant believe it stayed) that i wanted to be transformed into a wolf. by that i mean, plastic surgery for the hair, which probably would be artificial, a snout , like a prosthetic, and more things to accessorize. (paws, tail,sharp teeth, ETC) now, dont get me wrong, but this is my lifes dream! i finally have enough money to get ALL of it done, and i wont let this slip through my hands. by the way, my name is not real for security reasons, but call me jack anyway. IF ANYONE CAN PROVIDE AN ELGIBLE WEBSITE AS TO WHERE I CAN FIND SURGERY FOR THIS, PLEASE POST! PLEASE DONT POST ANTAGONISTIC THINGS TO MAKE ME ANGRY! i really want help, because you wouldnt believe how many sites i have been to that were all fake..... anyways, please post only in good intentions! thank you!
