What is better? A double/joint major in....?

Anthropology/Sociology, Anthropology/Business or Sociology/Business. I am looking to work in the field of child advocacy or a similar area. And I am not yet decided what to do. I would prefer Anthropology/Sociology, but am not sure if adding business would be better. Is there a way to do a double major as well as having a minor too?
