What is a good phosphorus level for a feline with CRF?

15 year old male Maine Coon diagnosed with early stage CRF. I want info on a recipie for a proper diet with high protien, low phosphorus, low sodium, and moderate fat. What are the levels appropriate for his needs, and does anyone have a recipie?
