Did I overreact waitress at Ruby Tuesday's? Please Read?

Okay my fam and I went out to dinner. From the get go the waitress looked like she had a attitude problem, rolling her eyes, and just plain out weired when everyone at the table was placing theses orders. She asked me how I wanted my burger and I said well done. I got my order and my burger was pink totally in the inside. I wasn't going to say anything b/c In my mind I feel if I complain something will be done to my food if I were to send it back, also I didn't want to be the last one eating. So my family insisted I get them to redo my order and I said thanks guys now they are going to spit in my food, and a worker there overheard me. So when the waitress came back to tell me my order is being made, I was so upset about the waitress behavior and snobbish ways I say no thanks I don't want the burger, cancel it! My family was telling her no no she doesn't mean it make it. I then said no I want it canceled, b/c if it can't be made right the first time I don't want it! Did I overreact? Opinion?
