How can i qet a 6-8 pack!?

0k im 0nly 12 yrs old and i want to qet a nice 6 or 8 pck also i no there is a way for me to qet it cuz i qot lotsz of friends that are 12-13 who have a 6 pack or 8 so any1 please help...thnx=]
