Is there a MS word 2003 comand to scroll text so that cursor is at the top of the window?

I use cntl-UP/DOWN to put the cursor at the beginning of a paragraph. I then want a single keystroke that puts that paragraph at the top of the screen. Scroll text so that the line the cursor is on is the first line of the window.
