I caught 4 pea b today only using a Berkley rubber fish and my Rapala minnow didnt work?

i also used a strike king spinner bait and the pea werent even interested in it. i also used my Rapala minnow Husky Jerk and the pea werent interested either..i thought Rapalas were supposed to produce big hits and i would not expect a simple soft bait and hook would do the job whats up with that? also, what are the best Rapalas for pea, tilapia, bluegill, largemouth b, etc..
