Can i claim wtc while in full time education i also recieve dla at lower rate?

no because your not working are you ?? how can you be in full time education and be working 30 hours a week, u also need to be over 25 yrs old ... because i ume you do not have any children to allow you to fall in catagory of working 16 hours a week ... so what if u have dla at lower rate this has no bearing effect on a right to claim tax credits f u have no children
