Large face need help please?

hi, i have a problem because my face is too big for my head, i guess that i have a smaller than average head, but my face is overlapping the sides and starting to droop down onto my shoulders, any suggestions would be welcome, very awkward when i sneeze as it all shakes about, and with the flatulence thing as well, not good.
