Jews and Christians is Muhammad described in Bible ?

According to history, Muhammad came at a time of great tribulation and united many Egyptians ( Christians & pagans), yrians ( Christians & pagans) and Israelites (Palestinian Jews and Christians) and mobilized them into fighting a great war that resulted in the defeat of the Romans. This victory resulted in a large number of local Christians and Jews wondering if a God did not tell the Jewish prophets and Jesus that these events would take place, and compelled them to accept Muhammad as God's prophet promised in the Bible. This seems like the description of the great one described in Isaiah 19:19-24. Has anyone else in history done this under similar cirstances in the name of the God of Abraham? Thanks.
