J-Pop. The Gazette, anyone?

My friend is a huge fan of the japanese band the gazette and always nags me to listen to them but I heard of the gazette and saw a performance of theirs before on nhk, but if I remember right, all I heard was screams, accented english and makeup-d men. Would anyone recommend this band? Also the could anyone tell me the singer/band of blue bird from naruto?
