Is Fear 2 a okay game to play with my sister?

I know Alma is nude, but reviews say you can't see anything because her hair is covering her . I also heard there is "A ual ault is vaguely depicted accompanied by images of a writhing body and moaning sounds. Profanity (e.g., "f**k" and "s**t") can be heard in the dialogue." Anyone know how bad this scene is and besides the gore, blood, and language, is the nudity and ual themes part of the rating at least okay for my 10 year old sister??
