I know this is disgusting but i would like doctor to answer this.?

Okay so I just got my period 2 months ago. My first period I got when I was going "number 2" and at first i was freaking out and I did not want to tell my mom cuz i thoght something went wrong. But then it lasted for a week so I knew it was my period. My second period was on christmas and it was when I was in the bathroom going "number 2" as well. So how come I always get my period whne Im going "number 2" And its oly once i month not everytime i go. So is there something wrong with me?
