How do I get BAH from someone I'm not married too?

I am the primary caretaker of our son. He is stationed in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and I am in Alaska. Our son has never lived with him, and I do get child support. Im not sure where to start with getting BAH. Help or ideas anyone??
