Grand Theft Auto Help?

Finished the mission diamonds are a girls best friend and i am stuck it has been days i played everyday and nothing happened. The only thing that happened was Jeff called me to dump his wife's body in the ocean and Dimitri called to say how dissaponted he was because i was not dead. I have been doing odd missions and still nothing. I even did the mission over again still nothing . I am playing in PlayStation 3
