Giridhari Constructions Executive Park hyd, will it complete it atleast this year? it was launched in 2007?

3 Years since the work started and yet its only 75% complete. Will it be done ? What do guys who've been paying EMI's say about this? Is it a worthy buy today? Any suggestions , Opinions will be of tremendous help.
