Can I do masters in Meteorology or Astrophysics if I do the course B.Sc Programme with Computer Science?

I am eligible for B.Sc Programme in Physics, Maths and Computer Science in St. Stephen's College Delhi. But I am not sure about it because many people are saying not to do that course.
